Why we built Ruddify

The path is real. The on-ramp wasn't.

Search funds have existed for forty years. They've produced extraordinary CEOs and durable returns. But the on-ramp has been narrow — concentrated at a handful of programs, optimized for a narrow profile, and largely invisible at the conferences where most MBAs actually plan their careers.
